Rental Agreement and Rules for Magnetic's Showcase Theater
Please have all materials and furnishing out of the building after the conclusion of your contract time unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Please avoid using candles in the house
Any caterer for your event is selected by and works for the reservation party. And must carry insurance if applicable.
The Reservation party is responsible for the clean up of the building unless other arrangements are made in advance.
The kitchen area is to be used for food staging only. No cooking will be permitted in the kitchen.
Magnetic Recording does not possess an alcohol license. If Alcohol is served at your event you agree to comply with applicable laws covering the handling and consumption of alcohol.
Please make sure children are Supervised.
A $250 deposit is required to hold a date. If "night of" insurance is required you will be required to pay $250 no later than 5 Business days before the event night.
Full payment must be received by noon of the date of the event.
Additional hours are available (if Scheduling permits) at $65 per hour.
The reservation party has access to the building after 2 PM.
Magnetic Recording reserves the right to govern SPL (sound pressure levels) as well as content, in the building at any time.
BY signing the below I hereby accept full responsibility for this event and action of guest and indemnify Magnetic Recording, its trustees and employees of any liability for this event or actions of event guests.
